It goes without saying that all of our translators are native speakers. They\u2019re highly experienced with a qualification in languages, but that\u2019s really not enough. Our translators don\u2019t just look at the text, they ask questions and want to put themselves in your shoes. They want to know your story and your mission and vision. We won\u2019t bore you with all the different tools we use to produce translations. After all, a carpenter doesn\u2019t tell you how his jigsaw works. The end product has got to be good. Every field has its own terms and each company or organisation has its own jargon. That needs to be reflected in the translations and the terms must be used consistently, which is why we put together glossaries for each customer that we maintain in a database. Machine translations are getting better and better. Neural machine translation is really on the rise and uses artificial intelligence (AI) to produce much better results than the traditional Google translation. Even so, we can\u2019t yet use neural machine translation for all types of text. Marketing texts, annual reports and specialist professional texts can only be translated by human translators.
