A policy schedule isn’t all you get with your insurance. There are all sorts of other insurance documents too, all with their own purpose, jargon and style. And while a brochure needs a different style to the terms and conditions, the terms still need to be translated consistently across both documents. That’s something we never lose sight of. Insured parties need to understand in their own language exactly what the insurance is for and what is and isn’t covered.
